Notify the police. File a report newly in armour they come back for something big. Set up some cameras if you don't already own some. Try to get proof of them doing it, short them knowing. Don't make them silly, just within case they own a weapon. Try to act close to you don't suspect them.

I usually start beside a "HI, How ya doing." and continue a convo. And terminate with "Can I see whatcha get?" You'd be surprised how most ppl show you out of defeat. With others who don't work out so very well with that approach - I'd seriously #1 hug them. #2 phone out in a loud attracting voice "Shoplifter!" #3 Run after them if they're that cowardly.

i work for walmart, and they cut my hourse back from 40 to 32. and they told me i cant jump over 32 because the store is spending too much money. can they do that?Answers: Yes Employers can do that. They can raise or lower your hours short your consent. Walmart is infamous for doing stuff like this. Or worse however they can fire you for whatever cause they want to! In Walmart's eyes 32 hours is considered to be almost full time but full time is 40 or more hours a week.
