Is it purely me or have Cingular's customer service along near the in actuality service gone since becoming AT&T?
It is not just Cingular, near are many "big companies" out nearby that seem to know how to do whatever they option because they know the right people up on "The Hill". Is it not time that we start asking and expecting like customer service from every customer service business as we do when going out to eat? That is truly my issue . . . the deficit of williness to provide the customer service. Today, the customer is wrong more often than right. I've be in some form of customer service since I started working 13 years ago, I still provide excellent customer service and impress my customers everyday and am asked for by nickname for certain deeds because my employer knows that I will help yourself to good comfort of the customer and keep them coming put money on.Answers: You are right and thankgoodness my contract ended beside them.
I called to relate them when the contract is up that is it but they kept billing me. Took me two months to straighten it and procure it fixed.
After they changed in our nouns I lost service (no bars) could not use the phone at the house.
I even told the nice customer service man that there services have gone downhill and less bar in more places.
I guess I enjoy been lucky because I hold never had a problem next to them and always be helped especially politely and satisfactorily whenever a problem arose.

My service have gone down hill ever since AT&T took over Singular. I own really had a problem beside my billing. I called to complain almost billing me for texting when I never have. Their response be that maybe I gone it on a table in a restaurant to be in motion to the bathroom and someone picked it up a sent some text message to someone. I am glad Suzanne S. mentioned her contract will be up soon, because mine will be too. I'm going to convey a registered letter stating that my service will abandon and the end of my contract.
MONOPOLY surrounded by one word. I remember when there be only (at lowest in my subdivision of the country) Bell South,,, was to everyone, everywhere, Ma Bell....but consequently the government said as you,,,,,,,,,,nearby is a monopoly and this must be stopped,,,,,,,,,then come AT&T,,,,,,,,,,,,now who is the monopoly??,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,No one care anymore about our monopolies when it comes to similar to, say,,,,, ELECTRICITY!! here contained by my little part of the world nearby is WRECC,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,warren rurual electric company, coop. ,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,if you don't get your electricity through them, you win NONE! is there not something wrong next to this??, I would be really interested in knowing if this company is owned by any other? dub unknown to us in this nouns?? I know I am incorrect politically, and I can be brought down easily, my phone disconnected, electricity,,,,,,,, kinda close to the mob ya think? ,,,,,, I live surrounded by the sticks, so lots of excuses could be used.
I am not a customer, I am a consumer with NO CHOICE,,,,,,,,,,kinda resembling HEALTH CARE!, insurance or not,,,,,,,,,,is DO OR DIE! what happened to this country? and does anyone comfort?
