Since you really don't know that it be delievered, you or the shipper should file a claim for lost produce. I

Why is Walmart paranoid over overtime? They a "nought tolerance" for it?

Why are they paranoid over paying overtime for? It's not like they a mom and pop store where on earth they have a bookkeeper keeping track of a small company!?Why do they hold a "zero tolerance" for it?

Answers: walmart is a greedy anti-union company that have been proven lots a time to try to make a profit using its own force health benefits. especially 1 disturbing skin where they have taken out life insurance policies on their human resources and made walmart the beneficiary! the insurance program at walmart is a fraud and intended to discriminate against whole groups of population & take pre-eminence of the public welfare/medicaid so they don't have to provide those services. a walmart worker could failure up paying about 45% of their earnings before seeing a single benefit. and they are disgraceful for hiring mostly part-time/firing employees to ensure a perfect turn-over, and less benefits. everyone rightfully get on walmart's case after it be statistically shown that their health insurance bundle managed to effect medicaid and strength insurance for THE ENTIRE COUNTRY because of all the folks who work there who received welfare, food stamps and public vigour care.

walmart also uses masses other tactics to grow and profit at the taxpayer's expense. plentiful, if not most or adjectives, walmart stores are built with bonds that are issued by the local community. contained by other words you get to clear for it to be built!! and they pay no property taxes. and inopportunely many competitors enjoy had to follow the model to hang on to up.
A couple of years ago Wal-Mart lost a lawsuit over them not paying overtime to janitors because they were off the record aliens and had no protection below the law I believe.

LLC and DBA?

I just formed an LLC and I get a DBA under the LLC. Should I enlarge a bank reason for the LLC to pay my team that work for the DBA? Or should I open a guard account for the DBA to recompense my employees?

Also, I hold and FEIN number for the LLC but not for the DBA should I get one?

Thanks for the relief.

Answers: There is only one entity here -- the LLC. You are using another pet name in business (dba = doing business as) but it is still equal legal entity. Your wall could potentially put both names on your sketch: Privileged Seating, LLC, dba Whoopee Cushions R Us.
Since you have the FEIN for the LLC, accounting sage, it would be better to pay from the LLC.
