we operate currently as a partnership on Perth, and we have be advised to setup a pty ltd company. We hold been given some reason, but i'm a little confused. What benefits would we procure out of setting up a company? What are the negatives?Answers: Not sure what a Pty Ltd is. But here surrounded by the US, we have what is call Limited Liability Partnership (LLP)? The reason for creating a LLP is if one of your partner does something shady or illegal within the business, you are not responsible for their indiscretions. As it stands now, as equal partner, you are all EQUALLY responsible for respectively others actions and permitted action would be taken against adjectives of you.
Why can't a customer return an item after 30 days?
I had over $100 worth of unopened DVDs that I attempted to return to Circuit City after the 30 days cut bad. I even had the taking. They would NOT take them posterior and the young girl at the counter couldn't bequeath me a logical reason as to why. Can someone within retail tell me why?Answers: Because that would explanation the business to lose money. Don't you understand they dont know what you've done next to the products...it could have be damaged or something else along the lines. In your crust it's generally practiced that some population borrow DVDs (though usually from Netflix or Blockbuster) in turn produce copies and then return the DVDs. My friend in fact did this to Best Buy...(but after he opened them he have someone at a store he works seal them up again).

I would enjoy to imagine it's because of price change. If you buy a brand new DVD it could be selling for $24.99, and is presently in a bin somewhere 2 for $10. So, the store would be losing if they contribute you $24.99 back when they can simply logically make $5 final. Additionally some products are no longer sold or in lofty demand. If you didn't hold your receipt and go to Circuit City they would never know it's been longer than 30 more than probable and just bestow you a credit for the items. And of course, you are simply credited for the current or less price.
