Answers: The quality and mix can be clearly communicated by the customers and vendors confidence in it to produce rational prices. If either side lacks confidence, the market will never clear, and neither the customers nor vendors needs will be met. In other words the market must be transparent for all parties to be confident in using it.

Spam is widely dispersed and despised so I suggest you take a more traditional approach. Make an appointment, put on your fitting pants and a nice shirt and hail as on them at headquarters. That shows them that you are serious and committed and not just another spammer. You're not lately another spammer, are you?
