Corporations Questions and Answers

What is considered a honourable benefit & compensation bunch?

I'm curious as to what is generally considered a pious, better or the best benefit plans in different companies. Thanks.

Answers: I can merely speak for the United States, since that is where on earth I live and work.

Starting with benefits, for a professional position, a minimal benefits packet would include salary, strength insurance options, dental, and a retirement (401k) plan. I wouldn't work for company that didn't do at lowest that.

I can give you two examples of benefit packages for professionals working beside large companies.

I consider the benefits where on earth I work good. They include:

Choice of several medical insurance plans - at least possible one of which requires only minimal contributions.
Dental coverage
Prescription drug coverage
Life insurance
Long residence disability (with option to purchase more)
401k equivalent as part of retirement plan
Plus my employer pays for my registration fees within several professional organizations.

My husband have a great package, which includes everything I described above, PLUS

He have much better healthcare plans that he pays less for.
His employer match charitable contributions up to $10,000 per year.
His 401k matching is better.

As for compensation, that's going to depend on your profession. Some of the variables include how much leave / holiday / sick time you have past its sell-by date. A minimal plan would start at one week per year, with those weeks earn (so 50% of the way through the year, you enjoy available 2.5 days of vacation.) A moral plan (like mine) would start at two weeks, all available at the starting point of the year, with more weeks of time off added as you spend more years with the company. A great plan might start at three weeks, plus holidays and sick time, and consequently go up from here.

Depending on how old you are and your own flesh and blood situation, maternity / paternity set out could also be important. That can field from the federally mandated minimums, to something much more worthy.

What is a recession?

Answers: Technically, the definition is two quarters in a row (six months) of negative economic growth. The recent declines in realestate and the stock market, are not the definition of a recession. But they could help cause one to happen. Recessions usually cause rising unemployment, but that is not the definition.
a financially rough time for many americans.
a slow down in purchases
multiple defaults on credit cards and autos and boy toys. layoffs.
recession is finance crisis that word from USA first,no gap between need and supply in economy
用中国人的话说就是经济衰退

Answers: Yes. You made a very learned decision. It is increasingly blatant that the site is a scam and there are unfurl investigations ongoing by the NYC DA and the USPS.

The site is currently shut down.

Please join the G00GLE group at the following website:

http://groups.G00GLE.com/group/otartelsc...

You will own to sign in to marry the group, but, please don't be alarmed by this. The people in attendance want to see justice.

Within this group you will know how to share your story, join next to others, and find advice on how to aim justice. Here is an example of information on the site:

1. The Better Business Bureau can't do much. They recommended the
Attorney General of NY (212) 416 8433 for the internet bureau -
www.oag.state.ny.us as have more power to investigate. Here's the
link to their monetary loss complaint form -
http://www.oag.state.ny.us/complaints/pd...

2. File e-mail fraud complaint with USPS inspection service
Print out and correspondence: http://postalinspectors.uspis.gov/radDoc...
Or fill out and submit online:
http://postalinspectors.uspis.gov/forms/...
3. Send an e-mail to Inspector Christopher A. Nielsen at the following
e-
messages address:
CANiel...(a)uspis.gov
4. This is another agency that we could all wallet a complaint with -
New York City Department of Consumer Affairs.
http://www.nyc.gov/html/dca/html/contact...

5. If your driver's license # or SSN be on the check sent to OtarTel,
you may want to close your accounts to avoid identity theft. Add an
alert to your credit reports for 90 days. The three credit agencies
would tolerate you do this for free if you believe that a (potential) fraud
(would) happen to you. It is renewable for another 90 days after it
expires.

Finally, you should database with your local police, but if you are not surrounded by
NYC, that would not help much. Instead, file with FBI and Attorney
General of New York State. If we gain enough relatives, these two agencies
would most likely be the ones that pilfer care of our business.
