Im going for a group interview session next week for a quantity time customer service agent. What Questions do they ask ?How is the interview conducted ?

Will Starbucks Crash & Burn?

Hell NO. Starbucks is here to STAY. There is one on every street corner. Even one in my grocery store. They are never going bye bye. That would be close to saying Wal Mart be going to close its doors forever.

I don't personally close to Starbucks for a number of reason (as a consumer).
I never really felt comfortable in that.
-I've been treated rudely numerous times. I dream up a customer service focus needs to be address.
Sometimes the prices are pretty ridiculous.
As an investor though
McDonald's is giving them a run for their money. Though I have my thoughts on that as ably. That is causing rather trouble I'm sure. But, with them brining support old control, I think if they can look for some positive solutions to bring pay for an edge I assume they still have a great prospect.
McDonald's loves their fads... and this might be one. But, Starbucks have to take their competition seriously.
On one second note... the in one piece market except for vigour related industries have tanked. Though, if you're feeling like to except a little risk, buy some undervalue stock and watch it grow. Though I suggest we haven't hit the low yet.
No - recent change in control will help turn around and refocus the company. I know frequent people that work within various organization positions and it is a positive move. They were expanding too quick and will need to differentiate themselves from their competitors, provide better customer service and experience but they hold a solid base to build on.
