has anyone ever be through a hiring system like this? what go on? what kind of things do you do?Answers: What is designed is that you will be well trained on the bare bones in a little before you start doing TRUE work for the company. Military boot camp is a requirement up to that time you do any real military work. So they send for the new hiring sessions "boot camp" to relate from a preparation standpoint.
You will be trained on the companies goal, philosophy, basics of the daylight to day work, and your benefits. As okay as meet the big bosses (For some companies).
it's not a boot military camp like the army. My company does it and it's call that because you are learning and listen to so many different things. For the first two days you are surrounded by the "boot camp" at the corporate office and they be in motion over benefits, job descriptions, crisis response (going through scenerios and how to settlement with emergencies), customer service and adjectives this other stuff. I think it's awesome that companies do that... too oodles of my friends have no hypothesis what kind of benefits they own or tools becuase their company never explained it fully.
