When you respond you will receive incredibly officially looking confirmation that you absolutely won that million asking you to forward $200.00 Processing Fee by Western Union immediately so they can chain the money to your account.
A scam geared toward greedy simpletons. One million e-mails sent near 0.2% response equals 2,000 out of which 5%, their brains blinded by greed will send $200.00. Most of these frauds are sent from countries short any law enforcement similar to Nigeria.
