From where on earth can I get Beta of Switzerland and Malaysian Real estate or Holding companies?

What's your WORST customer service story?
And did you speak to a manager in the region of it?Answers: A friend used to work in a restaurant serving food. So when this especially difficult customer asked what was the day's speciality, He be politely informed the ox- tongue soup was the day's special. The pompous customer go about grumbling ang complaining that he never took anything that come out of an animal's mouth. So my friend offered to serve an egg !
i havent have that bad of customer service but I HAVE served stupid customers...one guy threw a burger at me :D

well i used to work at kmart and the amount of stories i enjoy,well i should really write a book.
i worked surrounded by the photo lab and had training and recieved certs,so i know what i am chitchat about.but somehow customers assume they know best,they try and use camera terms and nouns like complete dodos,its ok if a customer doesnt know what they r chitchat about but when they try and describe me that i'm wrong.geeezzz i lost my temper so much.
but this unusual story is about this druggie customer that comes contained by and wants relief on the SELF SERVICE digital machines,so i help her anyway explaining how the tool works but i refused to do it for her as abundant customers want,so i say if u get hold of stuck give me a phone call. she didnt need my minister to,but then she comes wager on over once her photos had finished printing and starts yell and screaming that i ruined her pics,that i told her things wrong etc. then she starts proverb she is going to stab me and going to pucnh my face surrounded by.
thats my worse story. and stupid managers never stick up for their staff even if they are one physically threatened.
