Do big 4 firms surrounded by Singapore retribution overtime for Senior Associate?

What's the ballpark salary for Senior Associate surrounded by a big-4 firms in Singapore? I am interviewing beside them currently and any inputs will be appreciated! Thanks

Answers: It depends on which level of Senior Associate you're contained by. A fresh graduate with no experience get about SGD2,600. Noone pays overtime, but you grasp time off within lieu, ie. you get one hour stale for every hour of overtime you put in.

But establishing the overtime is the problem, not the paying. Most of the time the budgets are so tight that audit staff dare not claim the overtime cos that might engender them seem inefficient. At the interviews they'll share you yes, you can claim O/T, but reality is a different item altogether.

Don't get too hung up in the region of salaries among the Big 4. They're almost adjectives on par with respectively other. Differences are minimal.
Any executive or salary of S$1600 & above per month, the company can don't discharge you any overtime pay, as this group of workers are not covered below the MOM law of Singapore.

Salary Negotiation?

I got a living offer from a hotel. Their initial hold out was lower afterwards what I used to get so I turned down the bestow. Hours later, they call me back beside $2,000 increase..saying thats their budget thats the best they can do. It's still low..I want another $3000 at tiniest. It's a great company and opporutnity like this don;t come severely often. I want to ask for more but im terrified to ask as well. What do u dream up?

Answers: Well, it depends on how happy you are at your current situation. If you NEED out, its a dangerous move. However, if you are ok where on earth you're at...hold out. Its the old adage "its not a negotiation until you're willing to stride away". If you need the position, give them a passable counter-offer. They obvioulsy like you, so its not resembling a counter offer will startle them away...the worst they can say is no. If they dont counter and influence that the offer be it...well, you'll enjoy a decision to trade name. At least you'll know where on earth you stand.
You tell that them what you used to take earlier and ask ramble from that, or else here is no use of changing the charge, if they realy require you they will pay you, explain them that trait is important than money, if you want virtuous quality money sincere/experienced worker then you hold to pay more for that
