Corporate America sucks...how can a person even hope to find a job when all they are hiring is unskilled labor

Answers: Then I'd go look for a job that require skills. Good idea? I think so.
We're only hiring people who are highly skilled. We're bending over backward to hire finance people who know how to program in C++ or C#. If you have those skills then you can write your own ticket.

You're not really bitching about having the WRONG skills are you? Or maybe skills that aren't that impressive or that are easy to learn?

Who do you contact nearly the poor working conditions and in poor health treatment of staff contained by a company surrounded by the uk?

Very big company

Answers: Local MP or Ombudsman
There should be an internal grievance procedure - try this first. Managers should be able (by law) to make a contribution you a document detailing the company's grievance procedures. They may sound long-winded, but don't consent to this put you off (they may be written contained by a way designed to put citizens off, as expected, but you should not be deterred by that).

Also contact the relevant trade unions, and your local Law Centre. Law Centres own helplines for employment issues. You could also contact your local MP if you get nowhere next to the company itself.

If it's a particularly big company I doubt very much you own a valid comment to make. Presumably they own thousands or tens of thousands of people working for them but just one (that's you) thinks it have poor working conditions otherwise something would have happen by now.

You nouns like a whinger. Why not a moment ago leave your living and go fund to being a student or something.
You'll find unanimously in natural life things won't be perfect and mummy won't be at hand to tie up your shoelaces. You have two option - leave and find another situation OR get on beside your job similar to all your other work colleagues are and STOP moaning.
