Would you hold reported this creature to her representative?
I was contained by a grocery store in flash at the bakery when I heard a commotion. The bakery bureaucrat was yell at two hispanic employees recitation them that when she's around they're "not allowed" to speak Spanish, only English. I be so shocked I left my pushcart there, walk out and when I got home call the store manager and told him what happen.He was really sympathetic and told me that he'd speak to her in the morning. To take home a long story short.the woman is still working there (I would own thought this would be cause for termination due to a "nil tolerance policy,") and she was bragging to her coworkers that she be up for a promotion!
Any feedback on this? Would you email the grocery chain she works for? This type of behavior is SO wrong and predjudiced!
Answers: More than potential she was issued a alarm about the offense since 99.9% of the family out there aren't brave adequate to come forward. And yes...I would have reported it.
You can do the email, or to some extent, first, contact the original store officer to see if any other action be taken.
Do you know of anyone else who may have witnessed similar or like peas in a pod situation, at this store? This would make your complaint stronger.
Nothing wrong near what she did. She is responsible for making sure the work gets done, and wishes to know if they are discussing business issues or just wasting time.
I would bequeath this manager a commendation, not report her.
