?Answers: I personally have a feeling it is morally wrong, but if it is more profitable for the company to do so, ethically they should do so. A company exists to make profit for its shareholders. No other sense. It should always do what make the most profit within the bounds of the tenet.

I ordered some sleds for my girls before Christmas and have them shipped to my mother's 16 hours away because we would be there at that time. I call before we gone to make sure that they would arrive while we be there for a week and a partially. I was assured they would arrive within plenty of time and probably before Christmas. They never did and immediately it has be one big nightmare. I've called Dick's and Puralator, the shipping company several, many, lots times. I'm so sick at this point I can't explain it in words amply. Just wondering if anyone else has have issues and if they were competent to get them resolved some instrument.Answers: Those dick heads other rip you off. (Sorry, couldn't resist) I purchased some ski equipment from them beforehand and it shipped bent in partly. THE SKI WAS BENT IN FRIGGIN HALF!
They would not give any refund and insisted that for some reason our postal owner must have folded the packet in partly. They absolutely did not.
Then weeks then they "misplaced" my order number conveniently and have no recollection of my purchase at all!
Sounds dicky to me! I cut my losses and get even better Skis at a better price from CO.

I like that company, but I'd be reluctant to charge that type of product online and at that time of year. You don't say what they are unfolding you when you call. Has the amount hit your plastic? I'd suddenly escalate to someone other than the schmuck answering the phone. Hope you aren't dealing beside Rasheed in India.
