Yes - just check the seller's feedback rating. If the purveyor is not reliable or sells cast-offs, they will have closely of negative feedback. Too lots complaints get them suspended. Most seller are very reputable.
Just be sure to read the fine print - some seller do not accept credit cards or allow returns.

Answers: Look up the "Peter Principle" basically people rise to their level of incompetency.

Actually, not really. They are better at kissing up and play politics than doing actual WORK. And the worker bees never get promoted, because nobody will do the job. Need to work SMARTER. and be high up there, so you get more moeny.
Sorry to disappoint you people. A well run company will evaluate an employee and if he is not fulfilling the expectations, out he goes. The Peter Principle may apply where certain institutions of higher learning have an " in " with a larger company and those who obtain positions will reach a level of incompetency. Too many did that in the past and as a result American businesses suffered, wilted and died. The company I worked for was a prime example.

A coworker told me to make the boss delighted we had to product him think that everything be his idea or that any change or improvements were cause by him. I have several concept that I'd like him to "suggest was his own idea", but enjoy no clue how to do this.Answers: It REALLY depends on the idea, but here's an example:
