Fired but have Doctors facts.( Walmart )?

So I was out the first time because my employer messed up to pay attention to my wager on problem, I went to my doctor to acquire time off for my vertebrae to heal. That write down was for sooner or later. Then I got Severe Sinitus,Had to give somebody a lift time off from work for that,that be for two days. So I had a total of three days stale,but had doctor's proceedings for the three days. I return to work and get fired,No alarm,nothing..?
Does Walmart enjoy a right to do this, when they are suppose to follow their own policy when it comes to coaching and terminating?


Answers: Wallmart is know for not self fair near it's employees. If you call ahead of time to say you be calling out sick and you have a doctor's entry, there should own been no problem.
This is one of the problems workers face when dealing next to no union representation. If you really want to pursue this, I would contact a legal representative. They should be able to report you w/out charging if you have a skin or not.

Did you recount them you were taking bad? Did you call within and explain?

You can't just not show up and expect to hang on to your job.

If you call in and expalined within advance, and if you own a note from your doctor, later you are correct - they should not have fired you.
I don't know which state you are surrounded by, but in an at-will employment state, you can be terminated for any time for any root or for no reason at adjectives. Having said that, there are infallible circumstances that would violate employment law. If you be fired for your health problems that may or may not be a betrayal of federal and/or state employment law. It's a tricky point. You would need to ask the direction of legal counsel.
