Who else have have a hellish experience near Best Buy's Buyer Protection Service?
Trying to get Best Buy to honor its commitment to repair or replace a wash machine have taken me to the lowest depths of hell. Our Maytag washing apparatus, bought with a buyer protection plan valid til 12/31/09, stopped working on New Year's Day. We contacted Best Buy & they sent their contractor (Capital Electronics of Riverdale, MD) to evaluate the problem on 1/3. The repair guy said it would be cheaper to replace than fix. So far, so correct.Since then, we've be caught in an unresponsive bureaucratic nightmare. Best Buy's appliance repair ethnic group have one and only been competent to tell us that Capital Electronics have not submitted the right sort of report. Capital Electronics took 3 weeks to send the report--and afterwards apparently sent the wrong information. And we still don't have a working wash machine.
It seem Best Buy does not want its buyer protection service to be used.
Have other people have experiences like this? Any design for
getting them to honor their commitment?
Answers: I had the exact same entry occur to me and I lost my mind to the point that I be going to rent a trailer to deliver my brand new may sticker front loader HD machine - after it broke after singular 1 month. I had a warranty but it is presently expired. these are computerized washers, and I know I will blow my mind when the next 'break down' occur. We are screwed - the repair people own no control to service and Best Buy does NOT care going on for return customers. We will never go at hand again, not even for a small item.
One more press in the region of Walmart?
So basically. I know im going to take the interview question of, "Why do you want to work at Walmart?"Now i should i narrate them that i need a opportunity to help income for school because thats what i really inevitability it for or should i lie lol?
Answers: very well at my interview they didnt ask why do you want to work here...just let somebody know them cuz you like walmart lol idk
Is this micromanagign or typical work architecture?
I've been a director at a hospital and just now i've been demoted to a coordinator near a new character over me. In my new duty description i am to coordinate two programs and assist my new director near a third program. When i email my former superiors (which are now doubly removed) adjectives of those emails are sent back to my current superior asking me to go through her.In times gone by, the group has be very anal and micromanaging and proper going on for who talks to who and following the proper cuff of command.
if i'm writng a grant and want to ask the CEO a quiz or verify information from the CFO, shouldn't i be able to email them or call for them to ask a question minus going through 3 other people first to ask the interview, and then jump through the same 3 those to finally get my response?
Just a bit frustrating and curious!
Answers: Follow the secure of command. Your former superiors provided input that resulted in your demotion. If you could own done the last employment you would not have be demoted. It sounds as if you are on a fast track out. If someone offer you a good situation, you better take it.
