Which meet people company is better Quixtar or USANA?

if you ever heard of them notify me why you like or dislike it?
If u have to choose between them which one would you prefer and why?

Answers: Well, that depends on who you ask. Quixtar folk will say Quixtar, and USANA folk will voice USANA. I'm in the first group, so hold my comments with that biased particle of salt :-)

As mentioned Quixtar is an offshoot of Amway. It's in reality changing it's autograph to Amway later this year. In expressions of sales Amway is at smallest 15 times the size of Usana and has plentifully more products available and operates surrounded by more countries.

Amway's Nutrilite brand, which competes directly with USANA, is in fact the worlds #1 best selling supplement brand, used and promoted by, amongst others, both the male and feminine world athletes 2006, Asafa Powell and Sanya Richards. It also has one Readers Digest awards for "most trusted brand" and topped ConsumerLabs survey for "customer satisfaction". Amway have also been around plentifully longer (50 years).

Both have have their controversies, which kind of comes near the territory. IMO both are virtuous companies to work with. Probably what's more considerable is *who* you work with. It doesn't concern which is the better company - if you plug yourself into a team that you don't close to or can't relate to, well it's going to be tough.

So bring personal experience. Go to some USANA seminars, dance to some seminars run by whichever Amway/Quixtar group you're considering (there are frequent, each beside different cultures). Try the products from both, and pick whichever you fell most comfortable with.
Quixtar is the reincarnate of Amway. Amway developed a horrible reputation among oodles people.

While Amway did much for the direct sale industry - they in reality blazed the path justifiably back within the 70's for all net marketing companies to not be considered "pyramid". there be several high-ranking distributors that really screwed things up by doing many unprincipled things.

As example, they would do the "sneak and attack" method to recruiting. The distributors be told to lie if a prospect asked "is this Amway?" past going to a meeting!! It be horrible - they did ANYTHING to get someone in attendance.

Anyway... when the internet was picking up speed contained by about 1999... Amway regurgitated itself as Quixtar. I suppose it help to some degree... but abundant of us that were around for the Amyway sleeziness (or those that even hear how dishonest many Amway culture were) will run like Quixtar is the plague.

I don't know anything almost Usana.

I suggest you type both names into a check out engine - separately - with the word "scam". And see what comes up.
Best guidance: avoid network marketing companies. Nobody, except the inhabitants at the very top, earn any money. It is a pyramid coordination.

I've never heard of Usana. I can't believe any company on the planet could be worst than Quixtar! There's a reason they have to change their moniker. But it's still Scamway. They keep cheating populace. I can't say anything obedient about Scamway.

I've never met anyone who made money or even broke even contained by network marketing. It is similar to a cult. The leaders at the top make the followers attend expensive motivational seminar and buy motivational books and tapes. (If the motivational materials are really worthy, how come nobody else buys them.)

Just about everyone who become involved in web marketing loses money, friends and family. People after that regret it. It's just not worth it.

Is audit of a company a post mortem analysis? How does it help in corporate governance?

Answers: No, but usually done ALSO post mortem to find out what is left.

It checks the corporate books, shows up any errors, possibly shows illegalities previously unnoticed, and points up where the company's money comes from and goes to.

It can be used to concentrate a company's efforts in more profitable lines, and also can catch loss of money due to pilfering or illegal transactions.

It is a normal double check in any business of any size and complexity, and while costly, can save the company much more than it costs.
