How would you bar this situation?

I work for a communciations company & they provide everyone cell phones to use for work purposes. They move people round surrounded by my department so that there is other a back up is someone is out, everyone know all the positions. The cell phone stays at the position, solely the employee change.

On my work cell phone, I've been recieving closely of collection agency calls for the member of staff who previously had this phone. Its gotten to where on earth it is 1 or 2 every day. I administer them his new number and remind them this is a work phone but they maintain calling my work cell phone. I know he is still using his current phone for personal use as well.

The member of staff these calls are for is one of our boss' best friends & is related to him by nuptials. I'm concerned about the nouns that I might get if I bring this up to my boss. I don't have an idea that its fair to the other personnel or the company that this employee is allowed to use his work cell phone for personal use.

Answers: Having been within a similar experience in a corporate environment, this is what I would suggest: Report the credit call to your immediate supervisor, and discuss the situation near them, or with your HR Director. Give the phone number that the credit collectors christen from to either one of those individuals, and permit them explain to the caller that the hand no longer works at that company, and they need to direct their call to his home number.

In the meantime, get the dub and address of the agency that's calling the cell phone, and the name of the agent who contacts the cell number. Be prepared to write to them and enlighten them that you are putting them on notice - that the cell phone number they continuously contact you at belongs to a company, and that the hand that previously used that cell phone number no longer works for that company. Ask them to discontinue their calls to that number surrounded by their effort to conquer the debtor. Be sure to copy the letter to your HR Administrator and your supervisor, explaining to them within another letter that reasoning next to the collectors over the phone has not be successful, and this was the subsequent step that needed to be taken. Be sure you have already notify your HR Administrator and supervisor of the calls past any action is taken.

Additionally, a debt collector is allowed one phone telephone call per day to a debtor - they are violate the Fair Debt Collections Act by calling you more than once a day at that number - you may notify the collection agency of this when they call upon again in codicil to letting them know that they have the wrong entity.
Don't say a word to anybody something like it.

If you're bothered about it, work your sensations out by being as rude to the collections agent as you want. Get creative. What do you safekeeping? Does that fool even know who you are?

Easiest thing to do, basically hang up as soon as you know it's them. They'll digit it out eventually.
i would let the personality know ..i would take the information down and make available to them .. andask them nicely to send for them back and pocket care of it ...

Does this impair your ability to do your duty or just annoy you? I would tolerate it go to voice communication and then ask your boss to listen to the messages. Maybe he will be capable of help you solve this problem.
Have you told the member of staff that the calls are for in the region of them coming in?

I would and communicate him to get ahold of the individuals that are calling and tell them to stop calling number you presently have and to tender them his new number.

I totally twig about the it is not reasonable but in time he will hang up himself soon enough and within the meantime it will no longer bother you to get the call.

However, I would also add that if he does not fix this situation that you will explain to the boss he is getting personal calls on the business phone.

Answers: on average at least a million. but it depends on the location, if its a division 1 or supercenter. i live in a town of about 15,000 and i checked sales almost daily when i worked for walmart and it was almost always a million, more on weekends and holidays of course.
