I bought one of your washing machines 3 months ago. It worked highly well for the first two months but since afterwards has not stopped leak. As it is under warranty, I hold consulted the store I bought it from but they have be unable to fix it.

Three months ago, I bought a washing tool ( state model and serial number - look at the back of the gadget ). The washing contrivance worked well during the first two months. On the third month, the apparatus leaked and continued to slick.
Since the washing gadget is still under warranty, I reported the leak problem to the _________ ( state the name of the store ). They could not supply a solution to my problem.
May I request your assistance in resolving the leak problem of washing mechanism.
