the company should pay for the workers salery not the customers. ever thought roughly that you the customer is paying the salery of the employee by tipping them. that method the company is saving millions of dollars?Answers: The tip is a show of correct service. I could be a server, and totally suck. Your food is cold, I don't refill your drinks, and am only flat out rude. Someone else, on the other hand, make sure that your food is hot, and your drinks are never empty and they are super nice. Do you be determined to say that they should seize paid one and the same?
An an owner of a restaurant, the rude server just cost me business, as that customer will probably never come stern to my establishment.

Company's stock have dropped: consider departing?
My company's stock has fall more than 50% since I began working here 6 months ago. It is currently massively low (under $3 a share), and although the corporate offices are confident, I don't feel entirely protected with my commission. Should I consider finding employment elsewhere or ride this out?Answers: A really tough call. Consider the industry. Consider the company's position within the industry. Is the company under investigation for fraud, wellbeing violations, etc? By the process, management have no choice but to be optimistic. Can you predict how you'd feel if they weren't?
