After an interview a recruiter suggested I should give them a call what does this mean?
Answers: Generally that would be good news. There could be a couple of things. One is that they have some additional questions that they want answered. The other is that they could have some information that they forgot to give you. They could want to set up another interview. Or they could want to give an offer. It is strange that the recruiter does not know why they want to talk to you directly. It also could be that the recruiter thinks that they need to know that you are interested in the position and wants you to show that by calling them. Be positive and somewhat aggressive. Tell them that you want the job if you do.

Answers: Business in today's world is a lot different than any time of my life. There is considerable competition at all levels. There is so much pressure to succeed that often there is more underhanded things done. But overall, the people in business are smarter, more aggressive, and better funded than ever before. There is more reliance on a world market than before. Even a small company in a small city relies on the world more than at any other time. So the answer is that business promises diversity, challenge, low prices, competition, and regrettably lower quality.
