Our Committee Leader is completely too sensitive. What can I do to resolve this?
I serve on a committee with one character who is the chair. Our board is for the most module made up of professionals except the chair creature. She often shows a minor intelligence on issues, often looking similar to a blundering idiot during meetings. Her position is with the sole purpose going to be lasting a few more months. ( 3 to be exact. )

I fixed this group last month. I attended 2 months worth of meeting, and read the prior meeting minutes within order to bring myself up to speed on matter. Out of no where she presented a financial transaction that I have no knowlege of, was never told or and never read contained by any prior meeting minutes.

I approached her on it and ask if this be voted on when was it voted on. ( no documentation anywhere or communication of any features ) I also asked if this wasn't voted on as per regulations how can you make this judgement lacking following the proper guidelines?

SHe got extremely defensive, said it be approved last month, and that she would never formulate

would never fashion a money judgment on her own. Once again, zilch has be documented, and voting can only help yourself to place at meetings. She furthered this email by sending it to everyone on the board and specifically told me Well, all right, well, here we walk again, its it that hard to be nice?

I responded that my emails will simply be of the best professional and clean matter.. How in the hell can I win this retard to get a grip?

Answers: There are situations within the real world of work that are unpleasant and that you can't do anything around.

Consider this situation a learning experience. Relax and hang around for it to pass -- which it will.

Just don't consent to it get you down.

Do you think there are too many companies maiking money off the working family trying to just get by?

Answers: Of course. The lending industry is particularly guilty of this. I recommend you watch the documentary Maxed Out if you haven't already seen it.
I don't think it is companies trying to make all the money. Companies seem to offer a service that families choose to pay for.

I think the government is squeezing working people the hardest. Republicans like to point out that the highest few percent of earners pay half the taxes. But those people's money could also fun thousands of working households.

Now, I'm not saying those people should have to give all their money away. But I think fiscal responsibility should be made more a priority, especially considering the people working the hardest are shouldering the increasing burdens from outrageous government spending.
Yes to both questions
