Thinking of using 1800flowe or LTD or something.. How is their service?
I am going to get this I come up with for my boyfriend http://ww21.1800flowers.com/product.do?b... lol what do you think?Anyways, should I use them? Which site should I use save them? What has be your experiences?
Answers: I’ve never noticed a crucial difference between the two services. Basically FTD & 8OO-Flowers run on a network of local florists. You place your direct through the website or phone number and then it’s sent to a local florist, who’s affiliated next to but not owned by the national company.
Both services are overpriced, and if you two are in equal area, there’s a devout chance you’ll stockpile money by ordering directly from the individual florist. I simply use one of these, if I’m sending something to someone in another city where on earth I don’t know one florist from another.
I'm something like to be the topical director of a local rule agency whose previous director died suddenly after...
...being within the job for nearly 25 years... The department consists of nearly 23 employees. It's not my first directorship, but it is my first within a department this large, and I've never have to replace someone who was popular, but died. Can any of you executives afford me some advice on how you would bar the first meeting near staff? What would you say? What would you pay attention NOT to say? etc.
Thanks!
Answers: I agree beside the first answer. You need to acknowledge the previous guy and the emotion that went beside his passing. I would grant people an view of who you are. What work experience that you have have. I would not make any change until you are comfortable with the operation. I might even explain to them that. I would also talk give or take a few the open door policy that you should hold. I would ask for patience until you figure out this operation. You will be asking a lot of question to understanding how things are done.

first, find out from your bosses what they imagine of the department's performance for concluding few decades. might ask in "neighboring" departments, too.
this sets you up to truthfully read out things like
"I'm modern here." I do not know you as people, however, nor the procedures that are in place.
I own been told that the Ns [bosses -- use better description] and other departments own been [insert description here].
[IF this is polite stuff -- you want to thank everyone for the work that others noticed and re-assure them that significant change are not in the offing. IF it isn't so worthy, you tell them that you've be hired to support the processes which will improve the unit's running and that this begins next to you understanding what we are currently doing, s o ... NO significant change are happening within the near permanent status.]
then you look at face and listen. you'll be doing a lot of listen over the next few weeks.

What do you suggest of the thought of tiered-pricing for Internet Service?
http://news.wired.com/dynamic/stories/T/...Do you think it's equal to have different pricing base on how much you download? Why or why not?
Answers: I think it's sinful and destructive.
It's an financial discouragement package waiting to begin.
Plus I like the view that "you can't wrap peace, you can't wrap hope, you can't wrap ***q high-speed internet for as long as you have the service."
Furthermore, what would those instrument-playing nerds say-so to Wendy? Oh, Wendy, you download too much, for a hot-looking babe.. instead of: Oh, Wendy, you're so smart, and you're good-looking too.
The join lead me to an AP site for the total country but not the story. :(
But as for my thoughts, I don't think it's tolerant. It should remain a flat fee. I could believe businesses getting screwed for downloading current forms from the IRS or regular users getting the shaft just for sharing pictures online.
