What’s your opinion something like Internet gripe sites? If you were a officer who found out that one of your employees be posting on a gripe site, how would you address this with your member of staff? How might the gripe site contribute to organizational business?Answers: if you are on a grip site trashing your boss, organization or company, it will enjoy a negative effect on you. As a examiner I will call you contained by and discuss the situation, and file it into your personal directory. I will make sure that no insider information be given at it is subject to your dissmisal. Otherwise I will ask why you are so unhappy and will work next to you to correct the situation (howver the burden will be on you to turn the situation around). However this will be a negative on your personal folder and will weight within in defence of a raise and/or promotion.
If you are on a grip site fooling around beside no effect to your company or boss, I would question your productivity but what ever culture do in their private time or down time is their business unless it affect me or the company.
Is it permissible for a company to furnish one branch sour for President's Day and not another branch?
My company says they own to give one department off because the Building is Unionized, but our branch have to work unfortunately. It does not appear right to me...Answers: Yes it is legal. Regardless of whether a Union is involved or not the need of certain branches, office, departments, etc., to remain open is determined by several factors. Most importantly a company is contained by business to make money, "bottom line".
Competition, money flow, the season, and at hand are many other reason to stay open. Keep within mind, if your branch is open it is key enough to the business to do so.
Don't even get hold of me started, my husband's company is based out of Germany, OK? Lol, the buggers bring three months off every year, adjectives holidays, and get remunerated the same. So yea. It's trial, and it sucks, but what can you do. (Move to Germany? lol.)
