When you progress on an interview and the employer asks you, why do you want to work for this company ?

What's the best way to answer that , i distinguish they always ask that within interviews, any ideas anyone??

For example: "I would resembling to work for your company because I have an interest within (insert here something the company or industry does, or is known for, i.e. positive) and my research shows your company is the best in that nouns."

First you should do some research on the company you are interviewing with. That road you know something about the company and you can work that into your answer. Lets vote your interviewing at DHL, you can response by saying that DHL is a life-size company with oodles locations with a arbitrary to grow and move up within the company. You can also ask some question about the research you did, it looks obedient to the employer that you took the time to find something out about them.

Are companies supposed to pay out the remaining "Sick" time when an employee is resigning a position?




Answers: Companies typically don't. Sometimes they will pay out the vacation, but it usually based on company policy due to the fact there is no federal law regulating benefits yet, just pay based off if benefits are offered.
No. I've never worked at any place that did that. Vacation, yes. But not sick leave.

Can you explain the advantages and disadvantages of teamwork and working alone?




Answers: Teamwork advantages: More people to get job done faster and sometimes better. disadvantages: idoits on team, slackers on team taking credit with the hard workers.
Work alone advantages: You know the work is done to your specifications, no slackers adding to burden. disadvantage: only one, you have to all the work yourself.
Working alone: get the job down your way.
