AMAZON help?Ok...so I usually buy and trade my books back on amazon.I lately sold a chemistry book and the person who I sold it to jam-packed a claim stating that the book that they received is entirely different from what it was scheduled under.This book is and international reworked copy of the book, However the pages are tantamount to those of the non-international version, the with the sole purpose difference is the cover, I made sure to mention this is the comments about the book..I even purchased this same book on Amazon from a hawker there, anyways, amazon settled to approve the claim and send me an email stating that it would be debit from my account...I reflect this ** is crazy...I think this creature knew what they be doing because as said before the book is duplicate thing as non-international edition the merely difference is the cover, which i mentioned in the description of the book, however they granted to purchase the book and filed a claim lacking contacting me first..Amazon have not however charge

I had a similar issue as a buyer just about six months ago. The seller scheduled the book as great condition and it was surrounded by horrible condition. Highlighted so horribly (80%) that I couldn't even read the text. It took just about 10 emails between seller and amazon to seize it figured out. Seller did not want to discount, but I ended up returning the book and the buyer be not thrilled. However, I learned that if the description is more than two level than the actual condition amazon will honor the request for return. I had to really prove the condition contained by order to bring a refund. I don't see how they are siding next to the buying party so with alacrity. I found it very difficult.

I also did not receive a settlement until Buyer acknowledged receipt of book returned.
If you programmed the item as international version and that be the only issue, I would pursue Amazon for the return of the book or the money. That doesn't give the impression of being fair at adjectives, especially if situations like this enjoy been handle differently in the recent past.

Really? I would suppose that if the book were the wrong copy, the buyer would own to send it spinal column. I certainly enjoy to do this if Old Navy sends me the wrong size.

I buy & sell my books and DVDs on Half.com; I own only have a problem once when I did not receive a DVD that was sent medium mail. I have to wait several months beforehand I could file a claim. Now I other upgrade my shipping.
I have never hear of such a thing. Usually, contained by a case close to this, Amazon would have to achievement as a mediator between the buyer and the trader. Are you sure that Amazon did not give you a accidental for a rebuttal in this claim? They usually (at tiniest with ebay and paypal) try to work something out beside the buyer and the seller, a deeply long process I might add. Try contacting Amazon and gain your story straight.
