Who is the one that started the 4 days at 10 hours to save gas? I work contained by a factory that last week, 06-19-2008, we have a meeting near management that they want 4 days at 10 hours. The problem is that they can't speak we will work just the four days, might be 5 days. In the long run we lose leave time, overtime pay. The bottom queue is WHO started this to make smaller quantity money for us??

You actually hold the opportunity to make more. Vacation time is base on hours worked at least x amount per year. Instead of working for someone else, you could try and start an at-home business which might be more beneficial for you anyway seeing that your hours are so flexible. Try looking into a multi-level marketing company that would allow you to work from home selling whatever product they uphold and finding others to sell beneath you. I know plentifully of people who enjoy made a lot of money doing this and it would be something you could verbs doing when you start back up near school.
