We signed on with Stream Energy through a untrustworthy ethnic group member. We thought we be getting a great deal but finished up in a longer contract at a better rate than we thought we would be. We called Stream and they said that they hold not offered the rate for 2 yrs and that she would be looked into. They also said that we could not get out of our contract or the rate. We call the rep and she said she would look into it and call us hindmost. Its a week later and she hasnt call and we are now stuck at a rate high than who we were next to in the first place! Is near anybody to report this to or anything that can be done about this? Help!
