Any intermediate resources of company financial reports (as prerequisite to Security Analysis)?

I've read a hundred pages of Security Analysis by Graham and Dodd, and I lately can't grasp most of it. I don't understand the finer points going on for the financial statements, which is crucial to the book. I end up reading 5 page at a time, mainly because it's mentally draining, extended, and I a moment ago can't fill contained by the holes. So my question is:

Are in attendance any books that give an introduction to financial statements and company reports? I grasp all the nuts and bolts of value and growth, book good point, and basic income statements, but I scarcity the intermediate step that will take me to the stratum of "Security Analysis."

Thanks for your help!
