Anyone else have problems beside Comcast?

I have their triple play settlement. This morning I was doing my on-line bank & seen that they took $30 out of my checking article (unsolicited!) for some kind of cable-box levy! I don't even remember giving them my debit card number, I never give that out! I don't know if they get my checking number from the bottom of one of my checks & somehow got the money out. I've be reading alot on-line about ethnic group being double-charged by them (as I also be in the past) & also resembling me having charges for things out-of-the blue that you know zilch about. I'm already calling my guard to report this, but I'm pretty sure it's also illegal, isn't it? I'm wondering if I necessitate to report them to the police? It's the same entry as someone doing this to your credit card without you knowing. I never give them authorization to do this! If anything, they should have billed me, not lately went into my dune account & taken money out for something I know nothing in the region of!

Yes they are a monopoly and they suck. They offer you discounted premiums at first and then sock it to you a few months following. Go to Directv lets see are they a cable company?
