Answers: I'm 17 and I ordered a snowboard jacket a few months ago for lb90. The guy didn't hold pay companion, so we had a postal instruct. The according to the postal order the money still hasn't be delivered and as far as I know the guy have either run away near my money, or the royal mail guy have stolen it. Never again.
you can open a Item Not Rec'd near ebay.
if you have salaried for a item by paypal you can open a dispute and the hawker has to convey proof they sent it to you. if they dont they will refund your money.
If you sent a cheque or postal demand , then check and see if they enjoy been cashed afterwards do the same again through ebay,
If you remunerated via cash.. later you are up sh!t creek without a push your way unless you sent it signed for,
But if i was you i would interested the dispute with ebay / paypal immediately as you only return with so long to do it.
In short YES...have be a valued member near 100% feedback for alot of years! I was not long ripped off as be other members by duplicate buyer and Ebay did not want to know because the item was rewarded through Paypal!! Paypal gave the money backbone to the buyer (they also had the expensive item) so I be out of pocket ~ALOT! Have since closed Paypal Account which I also had for tons years and have unused Ebay since!
I would now recommend NOT using any as when things go wrong THEY REALLY DONT WANT TO KNOW AND SEND GENERIC LETTERS!!
EDIT: I could prove the item be delivered it be signed for and I had record proof (buyer said never received!) but this is STILL not good ample.BE WARNED!!
I don't understand your complaint. I am totally much comfortable with ebay. Ebay have proper mechanisms to resolve adjectives complaints. never had any trouble myself - try to other pay near paypal so you can get your money subsidise if something goes wrong.
Paypal can be a problem both as a buyer and street trader. Many honest businesses on ebay but the rogue traders are there too.
