YES! I also dislike that recorded voice things. My husband other yells at them and say stupid stuff instead of what he really needs to speak. Which he doesnt seem to fathom out that doing this just prolongs his torture since the voice keep asking him to repeat that. I would pay more to not own to deal beside this if I could.
