my principal sexually harass me constantly and i told my standard planner yesterday...?

my GM told our Area Director, (the bigger boss), and asked me if i wanted to record a complaint. i told him that i wanted them to settle to him and if, after that talk, his lewd comments continued, afterwards i would file a sexual harrassment lawsuit (or complaint), against him.
i found out subsequently that my manager is going to be transferred to a different store contained by a week. (i work in a corporate restaurant.) should i wallet a complaint? is company policy typically to just verbs someone so that they may do it again to another woman? or should he be fired? i do feel slightly guilty because i don't want him to lose his career, but he says some awfully vulgar and detailed things to me. he's just gone process over the line.
so, should i folder a lawsuit? do i have a valise? i have witnesses to some things he's said. gratitude for any input.

Answers:
Eesh. You've got a difficult situation.

I would not folder a lawsuit unless you want this to drag on for years and other women have be harassed as economically and complained to no avail.

I would, however, file an executive complaint against him so that it's on his track record next to the company. That way, should another woman be contained by this situation, the company can't say they didn't know going on for it.

If the company penalizes you for the complaint, next you have a shield. Otherwise you can't blame the company when they acted on your complaint for not doing something when they weren't aware. In this case, they come across to have react to the issue.. but still something official requirements to be filed.

Other Answers:
You've get a lawsuit. Talk to a lawyer.

Yes, first you have to record an EEOC complaint, you then gain a right to sue letter and jump from there. hold that guy to court and sue him!! We AMERICANS HAVE RIGHTS!! They should not be violated!!!

turn to coart and get an expensive legal representative

yes file a lawsuit

I think you hold a case, but pay attention. You told your GM that you wanted them to agree to him, and that if his comments continued you would file a suit. Have his comments continued? I suggest that you have every right to profile a suit, but keep contained by mind that your GM may get upset next to you if your boss changed his ways before going away. Its a tough situation to be in, so I would contact a attorney and talk to a trusted friend up to that time filing suit. Good luck. No- if he is moving why bother?

well first of adjectives do you provoke him to supposedly joke near you in this means of access? well if you don't i would shift directly to file a complaint because he will do it to someone else.in recent times because he was transferred doesn't niggardly its going to stop. its just gm's route of saying stop it formerly it gets any worse let just spawn a change surrounded by people and perchance it will go away.it will probably alarm him because he knows a complaint be put in in the region of him,but management doesn't want the lawsuit flawless luck in your finding.

If you don't file it, you will not know how to file a lawsuit. If the company have their own, file through them and if you do not see the results you expect, it's time to shift outside the company. File with your local EEO organization. You must be able to show that you tried to resolve this issue through adjectives possible means. It's not atypical for companies to move harrassers around until someone takes motion. He may have a history of this type of behavior and that be the reason why he be moved to the restraunt you are at now.

Consulting with a attorney might be worth your while if, for nothing else, to better infer the law.

It might or might not be that your flop to complain directly to your manager - to ask him to stop or move his behavior - may or may not be a gaping hole in a lawsuit. You probably do not know if the upper plane management followed procedure and could prove it, hence tanking your hole bag and wasting a lot of your money. Assuming they are responsible population, the proper procedure might be (IMO) to do the following (all of which you may not be privy to):

1. Requiring the person to attend a training to put together them more sensitive to the issue of harassment.

2. Having them sign a statement assuring the company that the behavior will not verbs on the condition of continued employment.

3. If possible and especially if the accused so requests, verbs the accused to another site so that adjectives tensions are avoided and that the accuse is reassured that the company is not basically setting them up for a firing.

Your best current course of behavior might or might not be to ask your employer what course of action have been taken on the subject of your prior verbal complaint so that you are better informed of what if truth be told just happen.

* All statements herein are qualified inasmuch as they are not legal guidance, but just suggestions as to what may or may not be base on my personal knowledge and is most of course not a professional legal assessment. As always, see a legal representative if that's what you want... (There may or may not be a law prohibiting officially recognized advice from those that do not hold a license to practice imperative.)

Yes - wallet your complaint at work - have documented that you hold talked to your organization chain - next contacted an Attorney!!!

Unfortunately, it is very adjectives for corporate chains to transfer the problem back it gets documented... You should agree to others know...

Is within a finite number of shares that a company can breed available for purchase?

I saw where one CEO unloaded going on for 600,000 of his shares, but he still had roughly speaking 15 million shares. How many shares can one company volunteer?

Answers:
The number of shares that a company can offer is set to the number that it has authorized by its articles of incorporation, smaller number what they already have issued & outstanding. IBM, for example, have 4.8 billion shares authorized.

Other Answers:
Essentially, no. Of course a corporation is defined by its articles of incorporation, and those specifically have to voice how many shares are authorized to be issued, but the family who run the company (the board of directors) can just vote to amend those articles anytime to an even bigger number of authorized shares, so it's primarily it's unlimited.

But what's important is not the number of shares, but what percentage that number represents. 600,000 shares out of 1.5 billion IBM shares isn't vastly much, but 600,000 shares of a small startup is a huge percentage ownership of the company.

I need a moral forcast. Its for this management class I'm taking and I hold to write a paper and do a presentation on it. Sources would be excellent. PLEASE HELP!!

Answers:
With Disney's mind controling hold over every American born here after tyhe 1950's and Pixars dominance surrounded by the computer graphics industries, we will no longer be able to deem on our own. Soon our politicians will begin running attack ad on eachother ubt will have Pixar animate them digitally that method they cannot be sued for slandering their opponent beside Disney's subliminal messages playing in the milieu.
Next thing you know, our politicians will adjectives be digital!

My advice:

Hide adjectives Disney and Pixar movies from your children- they're too kind hearted and the brain wash won't prepare them for the cruel world ruled by greedy politicians under the influence of mobsters and CEO's.
Let them keep watch on the lions eating the gazzeles, or the bear ripping apart the the deer, or else Bambi will control their precious little minds!

Okay, that might not really be the grip, but it's just a more intreresting approach of saying that they will be even more powerful than we thought they could already be. Oh but scrutinize out for one of those split cases like they did to Microsoft and AOL. It's bound to surface.
