I agree with a previous answer,Bosses today come across to forget employees are human beings freshly like themselves and must own total control,rather than allowing an hand to carry out designated tasks. They do not realize that by continuously interfering beside the tasks given to an employee beside specific skills they are frustrating the employee to the point of quittal or serious mental bad health.

There is a goose (I am not kidding when I right to be heard this) that taps on the stern door, waiting to be fed. It's not a problem at first, but than that bird tap on the door 5 or 6 times a day, and it get's annoying really in the blink of an eye. If we don't feed the article, she leaves us a gift (you can guess what that grant is).How do I get rid of the piece so that it leaves us alone.
