Unions are so strong that they will stop at zilch to defeat a non federation shop. All the people that are axiom bad things just about Wal Mart don't work there. Not everyone hates Wal-Mart. My sister works nearby. I work for the county and people make conversation crap about WalMart's strength insurance. Her health insurance is seriously better than mine. They pay better than most stores. I love Wal-Mart. When ancestors say Wal Mart does not salary fair, they are unbelievably mistaken as I have see how much a lot of individuals from Wal Mart make and it is WAY above average.

Well, corruption is everywhere and a considerable, nation wide company seem to take more of the boil then the rest of the companies that are guilty.
The local pizza parlor have it's kids (they're mostly 16 - 24 years) work 6 hour min. wage shifts with no breaks. They don't receive overtime pay. They also charge a TON for the food. I estimate that a corrupt company with low prices is more respectable than a corrupt company beside high prices. Walmart rocks.
I live a couple of towns away from the wal mart head bureau. Wal Mart STARTED out as a mom pop store... but when Sam Walton died, the company took itself over. My best friend got fired from wal mart for "not accepting his ten year award"... they said it be showing disrespect to management... the REAL intention... he was the second best paid asssociate within the store... guess who they fired two weeks ago?... the hightest paid associate contained by the store.
They have made change to their benifets plan, and now they are expected to build ungodly quotas each year to return with their yearly bonus check.... they are anti grouping...
And you want to know HOW they get prices lower later anyone else?... they go to a company (say a shirt making company) and utter I want ten million units of this shirt.... and the company have to stop all their other oders to permeate out wal marts order.... partly way through the decree wal mart sais " oh yeah, I want them for ten cents a shirt instead of thirty cents a shirt"... well the company is forced to build a choice... cancell the order in the middle through, and end up beside stock unpaid for, and unwanted, with NO other oders comming contained by since they cancelled their other oders.... or get paied a third what they be origionally quoted.
Also have you ever taken the time to ask yourself, "what ever happen to wal marts 'buy american program'"?... I didnt think so. But virtually NOTHING contained by Wal mart is american now.
In generally, I don't abominate Wal-Mart. I only detestation certain Wal-Mart stores. The managers are brainwashed and vicious. They make a point of paying workforce an extra dollar an hour on Sunday for working.
