When too much money (millions or billions of dollars) is at stake, there's a proclivity for corporate thinking to consider profit at the expense of what's best for the world and the people surrounded by it. Things such as the human factor, beauty, creativeness and the environment are usually overlooked when the money people enjoy to decide what's most big. Money is the most important entity to many corporations and it clouds the mirage of those in charge. There are some corporate leaders whose consciences parallel well in their companies. They are the exceptions, though.
There are guys like Enron out in that but the corporate world doesn't really "suck." Can you imagine your go without Sony, Subway, Best Buy, or Apple. I close to corporate America most of the time.
