freedom of work satand for ?

I'll like to enjoy more info about the contents

Answers:
Scope of work, or statement of work, recurrently abbreviated to "SOW" outlines a project that will be undertaken. You put an introductory reminder in front, some legally recognized jargon at the bring to a close, some signature lines and you have a proposal for a services project close to a consulting assignment.

The contents of the SOW include:

Project Background: What is driving the client to ask for the project?

Project Objectives: Given the background, what objectives will your project pursue to address the issues? It is habitually useful to frame the objectives contained by terms that the client values. Instead of stating an purpose as "Finish the project on time." (Which is assumed) you might consider "To deliver a tentative delivery vessel that increases company-wide revenue by 20% in the first year of operation."

Project Scope: How will you constrain your project so that you are focusing your application - often framed within terms of specific market, specific customer segments, specific products or specific channel. For example, instead of a SOW that states "Build a new trellis page". A well-scoped SOW would say "Build a clean web page to deliver streaming MP3 targeted to a teen audience contained by Uzbekistan."

Project Approach: Show how you will approach the work in lingo of tasks, timing, milestones and deliverables.

Project Resources: Who will deliver the work and what are their credentials.

Project Cost: In terms of dollars and days what will the project cost - include time, materials, travel and incidentals

Additional items that may or may not be included within the SOW, depending on the nature of the project, include:
- Client responsibilities - what will they be required to do (often fundamentally important to state this explicitly)
- Project Interdependencies: Are here other related efforts happening that you want to integrate your project with (if you're building a trellis page, who's building the back-end database?)
- Approach to Risk Management: Does the nature of the work require you to explicitly state what the agreed risks are and how you will mitigate those risks?

Hope this helps.

What is the logic contained by approving 10 hours a week overtime to 4 force, instead of hiring 1 more full-timer?

I just don't take the reasoning to this?

Answers:
If you hire a full-time person, you enjoy to pay that personage not only pay, but also benefits. This can include health insurance, dental insurance, workman's comp insurance, leave, sick leave, etc. It also costs money to conscript a new hand, train that person, and hold on to them trained. You may have to find an office/desk/cubicle for that being to work at. You have an extra sports car in the parking lot that wants a parking space. You have a new person that requirements to be supervised and kept "in the loop" on things.

Plus, when you create a new position, you normally have to defend it to the higher-ups in the tidiness. It's easier to justify paying overtime, especially if the workload stratum fluctuates.

None of these are issues if you simply pay your existing workers to work overtime. It is normally cheaper and simpler to pay the OT. Plus, masses workers actually close to the extra money.

---===---

Temps can be just as expensive as overtime, or more. Depending on what industry you are contained by, temps can be a crap shoot as far as quality and loyalty. Many companies, for an assortment of reasons, would prefer to use their own workers when it is realistic to do so.

There are certainly disadvantages near lots of overtime too. When employees are forced to work overtime that they do not want to work for extended period of time, employee burnout go up, sick leave usage go up, attitude toward work goes down. It's a matching act.

Other Answers:
the logic is simple, if the company pays benefits. The company doesn't enjoy to pay any more benefits for the 4 existing human resources, but if they added another full time employee, they would own to pay benefits for that party

okay if you hire a new hand you have the time and expense of the hireing process, the overheads of keeping the hand. Remember the true cost of employing someone is far greater than just their wages. Also you might solitary want overtime hours to be worked during periods of glorious demand. have 4 employess work the 10 hours of ot weekly is still cheaper for a co than having to hire 1 other person. a company usually proposal benefits to full time employees which is costly and must be added to the earnings costs.
