How do I register a company and how can I launch its shares or should they be launch,whats the process?
I want to open a Software Development Company and I want to know the process to register my company. I want to launch sharess too but own fear of loosing control if someone get more shares than me. Is my fear true, if yes after how should I proceed? Should I proceed either by registering company and launching shares or by simply registering the comany,contained by either valise whats the process? I also want to know how can I register my company internationally because it may happen contained by some country any firm may be registered by similar name I choose to register it?Answers:
Company registration is a contry specific process and as a result you need to approach the local registrar. To float shares contained by public, there are lots of trial and/or finacial requirements that you may need to gather round. For example, minimum autorized capital, minimum initial numebr of share holders, appointment at specific posts approaching company secretary, etc. As long as you hold over 50% share you will stay in control of the company. Therefore, you should never dilute your equity below 51%.
My opinion is to start small - float a private company - focus on business - generate value/profits/customers - and then plan going public.

I don't even know what phase of the company you are contained by. If you are just starting, the amount of funds you would need to develop and print shares would be phenomenal, and you would not know how to get an investment or holding ridge to finance at any impulsive stage, so they would be just clear market shares on your Initial Public Offering. With no ridge to finance you, you would of late lose money. In order for ANY investment edge to float your IPO or even part of it, you would obligation to already have strong business ties, a well-mannered solid customer base, and a substantial investment contained by this company yourself... otherwise look for private investment. At this stage, since you are asking on Yahoo! and not asking your banker or staff accountant, I would influence look for private investment first; loans and grants.
