TEWKSBURY, Mass. -- The four-year battle over a plan by DeMoulas Super Markets Inc. to expand its East Street warehouse will come to a close Monday hours of darkness.
Planning Board members will vote to approve a revised proposal, after the state's Land Court ordered it to issue special building permit for a scaled-back version.

I really do think that it is the intercontinental weather issue. India uses a ton of fuel and the effects on the climate are great (not as much as us, admittedly). By switching them to an alternative fuel source, it will help slow the intercontinental warming.
