1. They WILL price-match any advertised competitor's prices on anything, and Target doesn't anymore. Nor will they game their own previously-advertised sales - they used to do this if you still have a flyer within 2 weeks of the current date and asked the service desk. Now it's simply if you have an representative raincheck issued from the register.
2. Walmart customer service (the 800#) has be very consistent, pleasant, and resolute near any order issues I've have.
3. Return policy is a little more relaxed.
4. (this is a personal one) I don't see duplicate "clique" of cashiers that I do at Target. I can't explain that better without offending anyone who might currently work near.
