I worked for UPS and I would say FedEx is better after seeing first paw how UPS operates and at hand handling of packages I would never use them unless I had no other choice. If you enjoy had a roll come up missing from UPS its probably because it fell off the conveyor and supposedly they couldn't identify the sender or receiver's info
so they ring it over-goods and that stuff gets sold on eBay in a minute there is something that should variety people thankful!

UPS hands down! I hold worked with FedEx and UPS for a long time, UPS is other on time, their tracking system is amazing and they enjoy great customer service! FedEx is ok, but they are not friendly and their packages usually arrive late! If I'm going to pay packet money for my packages to arrive on time it will perversely be UPS.
