Question:
I have to answer this for my Accounting subject. Thanks!:D

Answer:
Equity contained by the partnership is,

what ever that partner has invested within the firm + Partner's share of the profit - Partner's share of loss ( if any ) + more investment by the partner - ant withdrawal by the partner.

how can we relate organizational culture and workers productivity?

Question:

Answer:
I works 31 years for state gov. One group of employees be mainly interested contained by sports, golfing, and if they absolutely have to - doing a little work. Other body just needed to do the work and stay out of the office politics (who is sleeping near who, etc). It was almost impossible to fire anyone for making a mistake or not doing work. And we adjectives knew, come evaluation time we would get a reimburse raise.

Compare this to a small business that you own. Would you fire any member of staff who isn't doing their work. And how would you be - a goof-off or a hard worker?

Business heading - enrolment and test company?

Question:
We intend to change our company first name, and are after new design and
suggestions! It is a 15 year old mobilization and selection company,
and is adjectives about PEOPLE, CAREERS and FUTURES. It desires something that
is powerful, meaningful and appealing. Directors of this company have
a hugely high reputation for excellence, power, and confidentiality,
and both clients and candidates own much trust and respect for
management. It's a specialist employment and selection company for
executives largely in the textile and property industries.

Answer:
genex (generation subsequent )
horizon
piryamid (triange leading to sucess)
textpro recruitments (textile-property)
I am going out on a big, big member here with this answer and probably
going against everything GA stands for as okay as what you might be
wanting from us, but I think it is deeply worthwhile to do so.

I have no view what your current company name is. But since you hold
already invested 15 years building the reputation for excellence you
claim to have, in that is no reason the heading you are now using can't
become the powerful, perceptive and memorable autograph you want it to be.

With the directorate of your company having the reputation it does,
the power of your current label, whatever it may be, is already
established. It is already expressive and memorable. You would not
be within the position you are if it weren't and you would not have the
trust and respect you do.

A glitzy sounding moniker is not going to make your business. Only you
and your directors can do that.

Don't throw away a decade and a partly of investment by muddying the
waters with a latest name, regardless of how classy it may nouns. You
already have given name identification to step along with your reputation.
Call it "brand" acceptance if you want to.

I can understand if you want to amendment a logo. I can understand if
you be a new business purely getting off the ground.

But you are not a up to date business. You are one that is already flying.

Don't ground that flight by have to re-educate your prospective
clientel to a new entitle.

Other companies have done this contained by the past. And while they be doing
well next to the name they have, too often they own vanished from sight
after a moniker change. To various consumers, a name silver does no more
than send up a red flag that something might, freshly might, be wrong.
And even if it isn't, it can often be difficult to shift popular
perceptions.

So, my answer to your sound out is keep the identify you have, regardless
of how unclassy or miserable it may nouns to your own ears or to the
ears of your directors.

To the clients which praise you, and to the potential clients they may
recommend because of your good service, your current nickname already has
power, it is already expressive and it is already memorable.

It can be summed up within a very antiquated adage: "If it ain't broke, don't
fix it."

Cheers

Transfer Pricing?

Question:
Please explain the concept and details of transfer pricing. What is the role of auditor for this?

Answer:
Transfer pricing is the price at which products are exchanged between two separate accounting systems within matching holding company. Say a holding company owns a painting contractor and they also own a valid estate development firm. Each business have its own accounting, its own income statement, and its own balance sheet. But respectively is owned by the same entity.

Now let’s read aloud that your painting company is going to do adjectives your painting for your tangible estate development firm. You’ll set a price for this work – a verbs price.

Further let’s say that your Real Estate Development Company have not enough dosh and too many expenses. Let’s voice that it is not as profitable as you’d like.

Let’s right to be heard that your Painting business is cash rich and does not enjoy enough expenses to cover adjectives its revenue, so profits (ergo taxes) are higher than you’d resembling.

There are many accounting tricks that can be done beside transfer pricing. You could set your verbs pricing high (say 1.5 times open market rates). You do a bunch of work and bill at the higher price. Then you could age the accounts receivable at the Painting firm (basically don’t verbs the money). Then after a year or two you could write off the un-collected debt as an expense for the Painting Company. Technically you are supposed to convey a 1099 to your creditors in defaulting when you write off their desperate debt. They receive the benefit of having debt erased. Would it surprise you if more than partly of those 1099s actually form it into the “system”?

This scheme transfers currency (in terms of services rendered) to the Real Estate Development company. It get something for nothing, which may bring it closer to profitability. The venture transfers expenses to the painting company. The sculpture company avoids taxes.

This is one of the ways businesses avoid paying taxes. This type of corporate shell game logically was raise to an art form by the folks at Enron, and is well lambasted within the two-cows joke.

http://www.bluecollardollar.com/two_cows...

But within truth had Enron be a private company, I am guessing that most of the shenanigans they pulled would have be perfectly lawful, and undiscoverable.

As far as the auditor goes, typically theirs is the role of mushroom: Kept surrounded by the dark and feed a bunch of BS. Under this scheme since respectively is a separate business, each is audited independently.

would it work if we started an grease cooperative?

Question:
Since Exxon Mobile had profits of $3 billion, would it work if plentifully of us average citizens got an grease company together and made no profit, but paid a great deal less for the fuel? It could be resembling a club. Would this work and how could it be done.

Answer:
Nice idea.

However, how in the region of an educational and strength care cooperative?

Comparisons of prices for today vs. 1982-1984 years ago:

Gasoline: up 190.3%
All Items: Up 201.5%
Medical assistance: up 340.1%
Educational Books/Supplies: up 398.5%
Hospitals and related services: up 477.7%

According to this site, gas has in fact risen less than adjectives these other things. Perhaps the increased cost of education make us ignorant to this...

Seems instruction and health attention are far bigger problems from a cost perspective. Funny how in the shield of health fastidiousness, the privatization of it and the rise of managed form care organization occurred between 84 and today.
shhh.. dont vote that outloud! you might get sniped on your mode to work . actually that sounds resembling a good hypothesis.the problem might be that the oil companys own most of the infrastructure and might not approaching the idea of leaseing their equipment to a co-op. they might if truth be told have law against such ideas buried somewhere. hey! why is within a red dot on my chest
