What is keeping Inda from starting service industry companies approaching bank and auto insurance companies?

Question:
I used to work for an insurance company that has out-sourced some of their IT, claims and processing work. What is keeping India from basically starting their own companies in these field, selling these products to Americans at a fraction of what American companies charge and running American companies out of business.

Answer:
India already has its own bank - http://finance.indiamart.com/investment_...

There are several barriers to prevent Indian companies competing contained by the US. I'm no expert in this corral but would guess that each State have their own regulations as to who can do business, minimum capital requirements etc. Also, they may not necssarily know how to undercut American companies as their names would not be powerfully known.

'The pursuit of qulaity is a jaunt not a destination'?

Question:
Explain what you understand by the statment:

'The pursuit of qulaity is a move not a destination'

Answer:
Quality comes from the effort to be precise put into it. A product does not simply come into being as a 'quality product', in attendance are many individuals working many hours to ensure that this product is the best they can bring back it to be.

Quality is also not a destination because there isn't a company out near that thinks, 'oh I presently have a aspect product. We can stop there.' There are other improvements to be made on anything. There is never a stopping point.

Will out-sourcing wind up up biting American CEOs and shareholders within the butt?

Question:
As American companies outsource more and more, won't other countries eventually learn adjectives the processes and steps and just start within own firms to compete against American companies? HAHAHAThe competitive edge will be after be that the foreign company won't have to pay packet some fat American CEO a couple million a year.

Do I nouns bitter...yes, I'm a recent victim of out-sourcing. I'm if truth be told a little torn more or less the global reduction. On one hand I meditate it is good that the standard of living is going up, and that within is oppurtunity for collarboration across the information superhighway. But on the other hand, I reflect on the US is giving away it technological authority.

What does the future look similar to for the US in the intercontinental economy?

Answer:
Not an smooth answer for this. On one hand within are many benefits to society as a integral with globalization... i.e. everything within Walmart would cost about 20% more if we didn't hold China to rely on, and if that was the bag a lot of working poor surrounded by America would be worse off. But on an individual height it is tough, even if for society as a whole its 'good' - for respectively person's job who is outsourced it is knotty to say them it is a moral thing.

For the world as a unharmed it begins to even the playing corral to some degree... i.e. the fundamentally poor countries can become at least '2nd world' and some '2nd world' countries can enter '1st world' status. China and India are unconcealed examples but already in India they are seeing full-size wage increases in sure industries (i.e. 20% in 1 year) since the availability of talent is sometimes constrained, so supply and demand economics works even nearby. Even in China near its limitless human wherewithal, there is already gossip of outsourcing to places like Vietnam where on earth the labor is even cheaper. It is quite amazing. Remember when adjectives the US companies were outsourcing their work to Mexico in the precipitate 90s? That seems similar to eons ago...now Mexico is see as way too expensive as they payment their people $2/hour instead of $0.75/hour similar to they do in China.

As for industrial advantage, contained by many industries if someone requirements in they can pilfer a product, dissect it and over the long run learn how it works... but yes we are speeding up the process more. But it is inevitable.

I construe the US will be a strong power for a long time but won't be the only superpower similar to it is now. Just on pure size alone China will be within and India is likely too within 20-30 years. I mean how are we ever going to m¨ºl¨¦e an army which has 1.3 billion individuals backing it?

Anyhow abundantly of the issues there and it could be a 10 hour discussion... what if CEO's be not paid at the rank they are here? How many job would that save. In Western Europe, UK/Ireland where on earth great companies are located and innovation is also found, the average manager make 7x the average worker. Here in the US it used to be going on for 20x ... in the 70s... very soon its like 240x. The excuse is they are so sporadic and so important and so incredible. But seriously - why are the top honchos surrounded by foreign companies only worth 7-10x as much as the average member of staff? Are they dumber over there or smaller amount important. So devise of all the job that could be 'saved' here if upper management made a nice, vigorous but reasonable wage. Could at lowest save some job for the peons of America (I use the word peon lovingly because that is how 'management' view them)

My main verbs is countries like China and India churn out more engineers/technical degrees/PHds surrounded by 2 months than the US does in a year... a short time ago can't fight the demographics. Eventually it will pick up up to us.
Other countries such as Philippines and India where seriously of outsourcing is going will never be able to compete near the US.

Why? Simple - they don't have the income that US and US companies have. All they hold is an abundance of labor/manpower that they are putting to devout use by getting all the outsourcing job possible. They will not push out American companies in language of R&D and product development -- which requires tremendous income -- but they will be there to provide the services needed such as customer service or hi-tech support.
Americans can't seem to manipulate that the world is global at the moment. The manufacturing is done contained by the cheap far eastern countries, whereas the marketing, r+d and patents and branding are carried out surrounded by the western world.
The UK learned this decades ago next to the decline of shipbuilding and coal mining, you've got to seize with the times otherwise the western countries will find themselves running grease, under achieve businesses.

If you have the serial number from the card, yes. But it will not describe you who used it.
if you have the card number you can check it at walmart.com
Yah, you own to have the pin # rotten of the back and the 1-800 # that go with it. If you shift into the store and go up to costomer survice ask them to see if it have been used befor or to run a history on it. They will be capable of tell you when it be used and how much of it was. I USED TO WORK THERE>

Dollar General?

Question:
I read where Dollar General & Dollar General Market be bought out. Does this mean change for the company? I hope not. This is the only store that doesn't flog alcohol and cigarettes and is totally family orient.

Answer:
I work at Dollar General in Elberton, Ga. and I haven't hear anything about them individual bought out
This is news to me, bought out by who or which company?
I don't turn there because of the feature of the stuff they sell. Take bleach for example, most place it is 79 cents for a gallon, at DG it is $1.00. My dogs and cats won't chomp through their product of animal food either. Kling toilet bowl cleaner comes out thinner than marine, you need to be in motion to a good store to go and get something that klings, even though they both have like name. I can take you not wanting to patronize a store that sell alcohol and tobacco products. If you want clothes or something like that budge to Sears or clothing stores. For meat you can go to a butcher shop, consequently you are getting it fresh too.
Could be that they don't sell alcohol because they don't want the red video of getting a permit or checking ID. Besides, then the price wouldn't be a dollar anymore.

frequent states are moving to electronic filing of corporations to set free money.

I personally own a corporation in Colorado, and I simply use the e-filing services. In Colorado paper file is about 4 times as much as e-filing. The choice be pretty obvious to me.

As for which form to use, yes, you would use a for-profit corporation form. You afterwards need to directory your S-Corporation election near the IRS. Some states also require you to file an s-corporation see with them as all right. A call to the secretary of state's corporation division can answer that for you.

If it's a commission assignment, good luck. Most ethnic group have already chosen their own insurance, investments, etc so you will procure alot of people not interested within speaking with you unless you find a correct place to solicit.
Don't work for them, i worked for them last year, it's adjectives bogus planned strategy to get you to bring together. They make a great deal of money for making people connect, and starting up after every thing is said and done it cost me give or take a few $300 just to join together, and then your expected to bring the company adjectives sorts of clients, and make cold call to make a living. They rubbish your time, they sugar coat and lie nearly mostly everything, save yourself abundantly of time and money and just say-so no.
Hmmm...on the positive side, Primerica has grown profusely in times past decade. I had a Primerica insurance policy waaaay put money on in the untimely 1990's. Of course, back afterwards they weren't as big and would only proposition Term Policies. However, nowadays, they give a great deal more, together life, financial insist on, etc.

On the negative side, they've be trying to recruit ever since! I didn't appreciate the agent coming to my home and contribute me a pitch about joining the company right after I signed the Life contract...the ink wasn't even dry even so! I will not join a company that requirements to have their agents conscript their own clients.

FYI: Stay away from WFG (World Finacial Group), too.

What are the types of controls within an international company?

Question:
I am doing a presentation on international strategy and design. Assess the types of controls in an international company is the title of a slide.

Answer:
Democrats.

I received this fwd'ed email. Is this really true?

Question:
Recently in The Times of India within was an article / personal ad about Pizza transport Companies which guarantee you free pizza if they fail to deliver inwardly the specified time (like 30 minutes). Have you ever wondered who pays for the free pizzas??

Well, the delivery boy is made to salary for the pizza. They are paid such low wages and the price of the pizza is deduct from their monthly wages which can amount to upto 60% in some months (It become difficult to run their family). To deliver the pizzas the delivery boys appropriate high traffic risks as transference becomes their priority. Their time and safety risks are neither looked into by the Pizza Shop Management nor the Pizza Delivery Boy himself. (They are more concerned to avoid the presumption from their salary).

If this type of exploitation is carried on in your city's pizza logistics we should stop availing the home transference system, because to deliver our pizza one person may be risking his time

Answer:
There is nothing brand new in this system supplying free pizza as compensation against postponed or wrong delivery.

I am sure the delivery-boys do not salary for it... the expenses are borne by the pizza company. Look if the company asks the delivery boy to earnings for such marketing schemes they would not find any body to sign up them as their employee.

I hold seen within US... they supply a free pizza against certain wrong distribution.
I would never complain about a behind time delivery for any pizza. I other tip servers very very well.
Sounds about right. =)
First of adjectives, I think prety much adjectives the major pizza places own these guarantees but most no one truly ever claims a free pizza.

Second of all, I contemplate we would have hear about a crucial problem with dying pizza confinement boys. If being a pizza boy be actually that perilous, necessarily, wages would rise for that job so that race would take it. People looking for pizza abdication jobs can receive a job deliver most anything else.

I think it's probably true that they achieve charged for a late pizza if it's their breakdown, but I'm not inclined to believe there's an epidemic of dying pizza boys rushing to make the 30 min deadline.
It's true. I also know of a restaurant that charges the waitresses for mistakes on their tickets. Makes for greater correctness. Waitresses think around what they are doing. Also cultivates a better attitude toward customers.

BTW, if you can't afford a tip, DON'T eat out or command in. Those are luxuries. If you can't clear for the luxury, don't expect it.
I know for sure that DOMINOE'S and PIZZA HUT *DO NOT* charge their delivery boys for delayed pizzas. DOMINOE'S have in certainty started adding a pamphlet beside every home delivery they be paid stating that THEY DO NOT MAKE THE PIZZA DELIVERY BOYS PAY. I personally spoke to one of the pizza guys from PIZZA HUT when he deliver the pizza late whether he will be charged. His answer be NO.
True.I agree. Pizza delivery boys own no unions. They are an exploited lot as rightly pointed out by you, similar to several other unorganised sectors. It is expendable to read in the the Fourth Estate about the loss of a delivery boy due to luck on the road, within their frenzy to keep-p time, lest their pay is punctured, but one can see on a daily basis the risk they take contained by driving at breath=taking speed, weaving their course through the vehicles. It is a adjectives sight contained by cities. Customer-luring technique employed by these pizza companies promising time-price combination,is condemnable.Their actions are violative of Sale of Goods Act,Payment of wages accomplishment, abetment to violate Motor ehicles Act and also Abetment to commit rash and inattentive driving inder Indian Penal Code, besides violating several other statutes approaching Industrial disputes act, shops and establishment conduct yourself, Factories Act etc. Who is to bell the cat?
It's not true that when Pizza boy get postponed the whole price of Pizza is deduct from his salary, it's in truth some percentage of price that gets deduct.

Not complaining about the suspension is not a solution because it's a part of in that service. We should rather emphasise on eradicating this rule from here service offerings.
