I have a couple of auctions going this week (Jan. 2007) that I was really excited almost, as they were getting thoroughly good bids. One of the auctions terminated last hours of darkness, and so I had sent the victor an invoice for the item. I was planning on checking my ebay picture this morning to see if I had received any emails from the buyer, or if contribution had be made yet. However, when I logged on to my justification, I got a message clich¨¦ my account be suspended for being involved surrounded by activities that violate their policy. I've never done such a entry, as I always followed the rules on ebay, and have never gotten any complaints or warnings nearly a possible suspension.
Not only that, but since Ebay is within cahoots with Paypal, my paypal details has be put on limited access. However, the judgment that paypal gave me, be different than Ebay's reason, and both be vague. Now, I'm out of profusely of money..and upset.

The same thing happen to me, the only difference is that I know I was selling items that be on the verge of ruin. There should have be some sort of message telling you what you have need of to do to get your accounts support (ebay and paypal) that should clue you in on what you did wrong. Believe me, neither ebay or paypal want to maintain your accounts suspended indefinitely because that is how they net their money.
I have not long started selling on Ebay (have been buying from them for ages though) and I checked every little point out before I started to engineer sure I was not going to be within violation of any rules. ANd they hold SOOOO many rules and things that you can't vend. It's actually mind boggling the things I know I enjoy seen FOR mart that technically, SHOULDN'T be for sale. I imply, the list is a mile long. I'm simply saying, you may enjoy had something on in attendance that, to them, was a no-no, but you didn't know it because the detail is so long and so vague.
I bought some hoodia gordonii plants and seed off Ebay, and latter found the guy was not permitted from selling this particular plant because it is in danger of extinction (and used like crazy for consignment loss.) I wasn't buying it for that...they are neat plants! But-- he have a huge ranch FULL of them, that he take cuttings and gets seed from every year, so he has approaching literally thousands of them. And he's not the only one that have them! They were not stripped from the raging, etc... anyway he's fighting that, but he probably won't win.
I would email them , or even telephone them, and ask for all the details. You reward good money to hold your stuff on Ebay. Personally I would think it would hold been nice if they could enjoy told you something first, like, help yourself to this off immidately or we will suspend your description, rather than in recent times doing it.
