Question:
Best places to Incorporate (state company)? Which place you chose? How did you like their service? How much you compensated total.
http://incorporating.mobi/

Answer:
The answer to your question will be dependent upon:

a. whether you plan to own a Subchapter-S corporation or a C Corp.

b. if it a C Corp, how many share you plan to issue.

If you plan to enjoy a S-Corp, then the simplest item to do is incorporate in your own state. The cost of a S-Corp is typically $300 or so, including court fees. In many states, it's possible to register online, in need an attorney, for about $100.

If you plan to own a C-Corp, and a large number of shares, the answers achieve more complex than can be answered here. Delaware once was the preferred place to register a corporation, but just now Nevada has changed their corporate law to make it exceptionally attractive to have a C-Corp. here.
There's a reason why Delaware have the most corporations. And, you don't need to be a resident or own a phone, just an organization with one profile cabinet.

How do you find out if a company have be out sourced?

Question:
When I used to call my mortgage company, 21st mortgage, I would speak near an American every time to do a check by phone for my payment. Now, every time I phone up, I get someone beside a Middle Eastern accent. Has the customer service department be outsourced?

Answer:
maybe, but this is such as diverse country that you never know.

If you really own trouble understanding someone you can other ask politely to be transfered to a different operator because you are have difficulty understanding the those accent. If you can get the drift the person later its saviing you money so be happy
Maybe.

You can simply ask. Politely. "Sir, I be wondering, in what country are you located?"

Sometimes, they'll stay away from to say, but regularly (if you're nice about it), they'll notify you.
Probably. Most large ring center activity have been outsourced to Inda (that's probably an Indian articulation you're dealing with). With fiber-optic lines running directly between the US and certain industrial regions surrounded by India, it's cheaper to do that than pay an American to do so.
Most expected it has. Especially when the culture with the strong accent are named "Bob."

How should the company officer be remunerated, within a start-up company?

Question:
I am investing $250,000 & the Co-owner of our C-Corporation company is investing $50,000. How should we work out our salaries recompense & how about the bonus rate? I am the founder with the experiences. We want to know how to contribute majority of the profits towards growing the business.

Answer:
It really depends on the business model, and how long it will take until you are profitable. If you instigate to show profits early, afterwards you should pay yourself something along the style if you NEED to. If you don't need it, maintain it in the company. Also, beside you having put so much more than your partner, cause sure that you guys have paperwork that define EVERYTHING. If you agree to a 50/50 split, so be it. If you are the founder and the CEO, then YOU determine how much he get paid. I assume you trust him or you wouldn't own gone in to business near him. Make sure you don't screw him over in any method... Remember salaries are waaay different than profit money. I suggest a small earnings if you need it, afterwards quarterly profit checks. There are also some requirements for how much you HAVE to leave within the business.

On a side note, I basically opened up a business near a partner (C-corp) and we are only paying ourselves commission as we would any other salesperson or Manager until we can start off to take profit checks...

Good luck and STAY FOCUSED!
You answered your own sound out since you want to reinvest in your business, however, if you preference to have salary and bonuses I would suggest it be based on the contributing amount

Can the policy force AT&T to breakdown close to it did formerly next to Ma Bell?

Question:
I was notice that the AT&T/Cingular/SBC thing is starting to lift over again. I would assume that necessary measures be taken to prevent the government from breaking them up resembling it broke up Ma Bell. I don't know how the telecommunication/business laws work and be wondering. Are they headed for a repeat of history?

Answer:
Any motion by the government to break up a company must be base on evidence that the company is utilizing monopoly power (a) to fix price, (b) to control supply of a good or service so as to force prices greater or (c) to prevent competitors from entering the industry all of which must also be shown to be unfavourable to consumers.

These days AT&T can do none of these things because it is not even close to being a monopoly.

Therefore, the answer to your musings is no and its is extremely unlikely that they are head for a repeat of history.
The gov't granted AT&T a monopoly to begin near. And then Reagan promised things would be better beside the Baby Bells and they killed feeble AT&T. Now you're seeing natural economics work contained by an unregulated market. It would nick new law to redefine what is and what is not a monopoly.

PS, the phone bill cost like partially back afterwards when AT&T was a gov't-sanctioned monopoly.
I doubt it. In olden times there be only 1 course to get touchtone phone service (land line) and you had to return with it from Ma Bell.

Today that's not the case, near is POTS (Plain Old Telephone Service), VoIP, Cellular, WiFi (which is a subset of VoIP), and soon WiMAX.
The government, lower than the current anti-trust laws and SEC regulations, do not enjoy the authority to intervine unless someone could demonstrate the new AT&T is hurtful to consumer and or it's shareholders. The size of the corporation is only one of several factor in this equation.

It could be any country and any product or serviceim stuck i just cant reflect of anything.anyone with suggestions please HELP ME.I would be particularly thankful

Answer:
start near a G00GLE search of countries that you know something just about and find one that "looks fun." Pick a hobby/interest and find a country that has that.

I have to do the same type of entity and since I like scuba diving, we picked Australia (Great Barrier Reef). We be introducing "Rubio's" into the country. Rubio's will never go to Australia but it be interesting to imagine the possibility. {Fish tacos into a country that have lots of fish.}

Good luck!
Pick Mexico and export illegal aliens to them.
Pick Nigeria and export arms to them.
Pick Cuba and export food to them.
Pick Russia/China/Korea/India and export airplanes to them
Choose Aruba, they own no natural resources and almost every item you can conjecture of is imported to them...trouble-free. BTW they have a serious problem near mosquito's because of the terrain and the fact that the natives don't dispose of trash properly.

I indicate, just look at anyones profile and it is surprising how much they endow with away about themselves, through their question and answers.
Advertising. The more people they can return with to use their services, the more companies pay them to display their logo.
There are advert from time to time. Sainsbury's have advertise, & so have Orange. There's currently a article going with red squares, but I've no view what that's for. Also, every time we mention a company on here, I think that counts for something.
