How easy/cheap is it to bring back the finished product out?
Is there a work force within reach? (Esp important if you specialized workers)
Whats the cost of rent/buying?
Is in attendance competition nearby?
Are at hand external facilities available - motor park, public transport, shops to buy dinner etc.

Just some of the things I can think of bad the top of my head. Make a schedule of pros and cons for each site and desire which factors are more major. Eg no shops to buy lunch so provide a canteen. Hope this helps!
1. Need to be close to three segment (usually west, east, and south/north).
2. Closeness to the transportation hubs
3. Expenses associated with storage and shipping of inventory
4. Availability of the right staff (cost, skills...)
5. Availability of alternative transportation mode
6. Rules and regulations friendly
7. Potential for expansion
I can't articulate "just" a warehouse. But here are some of the things I looked for when selecting sites.

If I be looking... 1.) High and dry. Security from the elements and physical security of the facility. 2.) How are my suppy lines surrounded by and out? Airport close? (for supply, shipping and corporate travel.) Good interstate system close? (trucking and employee travel) Rail system? (an alternative to trucking for shipping and possibly hand rail commute.) 3.) Public transportation for human resources? 4.) Population. Am I going to have adequate population to draw from to staff the facility? What are the skill sets of the local population? 5.) Infrastructure? If I need to introduction people to staff.. is near enough housing and coaching support for them? And stores and like that. 6.) Colleges and trade school? I may need to tutor people to saturate positions. And my people are absolutely going to have to update their training and nurture to keep up beside the industry. Quality of those schools is also a core factor. 7.) Will the government entities of the nouns provide us with any incentive and/or tariff relief packages for locating here? 8.) What are the locals like? Will they be alert to a new trunk facility? 9.) What assistance and/or support can I depend on from the local business owners, city officials and chamber of commerce? 10.) Can the location support adjectives of my needs for the facility and human resources? UTILITIES! Can the infrastructure support the increased demands on available resources? Power, water, sewage.

For some locations... I also consider what the weather and other climate conditions are approaching. A place I was looking over within Oklahoma was great, beside the exception that it was in close proximity smack in the middle of tornado nouns. I've looked in a few countries where on earth political stability was an issue to consider.

Hope this help.

How do I bring back annual reports of US registered corporations whether it is planned or not, Thanks?

Question:
I need to return with annual reports of a company registered in US beside name closing moments in "inc" online I dont mind paying a small sum for alike

Answer:
Most of them are available online.

Okies.. try this (enter your search term):
http://www.sec.gov/cgi-bin/browse-edgar?...
Go to their website and there's usually a connection (do a search if necessary). If there's no association email them or get their address and write them. Most co.'s are glad and more than willing to provide info to someone interested within their company. GL
PS Here's a good place to start:
www.hoovers.com, They enjoy a database of over 12,000 Co's. Below is the search I used to find Hoovers; "inc company" be the search I used at Yahoo.
http://rds.yahoo.com/_ylt=a0geu97pmplfxe...
In the US, corporations register near a state, so state government office are the place to start.

You'll need to try something similar to the Secretary of State's office for registration of the corporation as a legalized entity. This list of registered corporations is reasonably public (but might cost money): other businesses use the lists to solicit business from the state's registered corporations enumerate.

Watch out for a "doing business as" (dba) name. You might know the firm as "Jo Jo's XYZ food catering" but the legitimate corporation name is JJK Food Management Services, Inc.
Moreover, you might hold the name of a subsidiary. The index should have adjectives such dba and subsidiary names (which must be registered), although it might whip some searching through a database to find them. Call the department for help.

For a corporation created contained by state A or foreign country F that is also doing business surrounded by United States B and C: the corporation will have to register within states B and C as a "foreign" corporation doing business in the state. For example, such registration stops a Collection Agent (CA) from attacking you contained by your home state if the CA has neither registered as a foreign corporation nor an out-of-state CA.

Moreover, state departments of taxation typically enjoy a section devoted to business or corporate taxation, but near might be confidentiality issues in trying to gain info.

Please vote: did this relieve?
If it is a private company that information is confidential and you will not have access to it.

If it is a public company (traded surrounded by a stock market) then they are obligated by statute to disclose that information. All you need to do is request it from the company.
