Yet I believe the UK is still the 3rd or 4th biggest motor producing manufacturer surrounded by the EU, with significant production plants across the UK from Nissan, Toyota, BMW and Vauxhall.
Is the contribution to UK's GDP and the common financial benefit to the economy any smaller quantity because these plants are owned by overseas companies?
I can understand that their commitment and loyalty to the UK may be more ambiguous than a British company, and that if redundancies own to be made then the UK plant I don`t know more vulnerable as illustrate by the Peugot Ryton plant for example. But this aside, as long as the plant remains here and is employing relatives and producing vehicles that put up for sale, does it make a difference to the UK cutback if the parent company is British or from overseas?

Said, "We cannot turn on the gas with out a city inspector."
So call the City hall and they said, "never hear of that? We don't do inspections. Never have. The Gas company inspects it when he comes out and turns the gas on."
So call back the Centerpoint Gas Company and they said, "Yes they do and they enjoy to do it before we will turn on the gas." Thought they needed a bribe. No that didn't work.
So I told him what the McAlester City hall said, " he said, "I'll find out and shuffled some papers and said, no we talk to them and they have city inspectors." This have been going on adjectives week every day and I am still at square one.
