When I be a customer of British Gas and they ripped me off, they simply overlooked my complaints until I changed supplier and sued them.

NTL by far the worst
NTL were undoubtedly the most useless incompetent and rude firm I hold ever had the misfortune to own dealings near. Now that they've taken over Telewest, who I changed to, I'm not very bullish. I'm not with British Gas immediately, but never had any problem when I be. Maybe I was lucky.
