I give attention to that anyone can open a dialysis clinic, but you must own an MD be affiliated with it so that you procure the patient referral. I worked as a nurse in one for a few years during college. It be owned by Fresenius, a company out of Massachusetts. The patients where referred to the clinic by local nephrologists who did day after day rounds there. The staff consisted of nurses, dieticians, social workers, administrative staff, technicians, ect. It is a structured environment because you want technicians on duty at all times surrounded by case of appliance failure. There are strict JAHCO rules for how you operate. Also state board of strength inspections frequently. Good luck. Hope I helped you for a while bit. Also it would cost a few nillion at least, as one contrivance has to be exceptionally expensive and most clinics have at most minuscule 10 seats.

I think it is rediculous that they initially starting paying thier dash workers that much to begin next to. $27-$29 an hour is just insane for the work that they do (plus they own an awesome benefits package that come with it), no wonder they are going broke. In michigan, $16.50 is still awesome pay cheque, and i think i would fairly take the $16.50 and still enjoy my job, considering Michigan have the highest job loss rate in the country, do they honestly construe they will find something better?
